How it works

  1. Upload the client's email

Upload the job-order email as a file, or paste it into the job notes if it is short.

  2. A model drafts, a second reviews

A model drafts each field and code checks it. A second model reviews the draft and lists what is left for you.

  3. Download and paste

A checked job order, a checklist and a client reply. Paste the draft into your ATS.

What you can put in the job notes

Paste the client's job-order email here when you have no email file to upload; the notes are ignored if an email file is uploaded.

At most 4,000 characters.

What you download

  • Checked job order

JSON and CSV: title, client, location, pay, headcount, skills, dates.

  • Checklist with sources

Missing or unclear fields, each value shown with the email sentence it came from.

  • Reply to the client

Asks only about the gaps. You edit it and send it yourself.

  • Update or new order

Flags an update to an open order when you upload your open-order list: spreadsheet, Word, PDF or photo.

Pay per job, no subscription

Job order drafted (Checked Intake) costs 12 credits. Credits never expire.

Haven't bought credits yet? 3 to 6 days after you sign up, we add 5 credits toward your first job, once.

Credits are shared across every ClerkRow tool: buy them on any of our sites and spend them on any other. See every tool at ClerkRow. Welcome credits are given once per person, not once per site.

What a credit and a unit mean

A credit is the prepaid unit you spend on jobs: each kind of job costs a fixed number of credits, and a credit costs between $1.00 (25-credit pack) and $0.70 (2,000-credit pack).

Job order drafted (Checked Intake): 12 credits
One client job-order email (first 40,000 characters read, up to 4 files of 10 MB each) drafted into a checked requisition and checklist and, when something is missing, a clarifying email.

Your files, handled carefully

  • Hosted on AWS

The service and its storage run on AWS. The AI is Claude on Amazon Bedrock.

  • Deleted on a schedule

Paid work is kept 365 days, then removed. Unused uploads go after 72 hours.

  • Not used for training

The Bedrock calls are not used to train any model, and your files are never sold.

  • Blanks stay blank

A missing value becomes a question to the client, never a guess. Open problems are listed, not hidden.

Questions

Does it create the requisition in Crelate or JobAdder?

No. You get a checked draft to read and paste in yourself. Writing it straight into your ATS is planned for plans with API access, but it is not available today.

What if a client leaves out a field?

The field is marked missing and left blank. The reply we draft asks the client only about what is missing or unclear.

Can it check against our own required fields?

Yes. Upload your list as a .csv or .txt, one field name per line. Names we do not read are reported. Without a list it uses a default job-order list.

What about job orders that come in by phone?

Email only for now. A phone and voicemail add-on is an idea, not built or priced. If most of your orders come by phone, we are not a fit yet.

How is each result reviewed?

A second, stronger AI model reviews every result and lists what is left for you to decide; the drafting model corrects the serious problems the review finds, and code checks every correction. Results are not verified by a person.

How do credits work?

Buy a pack of 25, 100, 500 or 2,000 credits and use 12 per job order. Credits never expire. No subscription, no seats, no setup fee. Buy packs by card on the Credits page in your dashboard.

Who is behind ReqDrop?
